Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By downloading, installing, signing in to or using the Sennet VPN application and service (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these terms (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. Definitions
- “Sennet”, “we”, “us”: the operator of the Sennet VPN Service.
- “Account”: the account we issue so you can access the Service.
- “Device”: any phone, computer or other device on which you install the Application.
- “Application”: the Sennet VPN software for iOS, Android, Windows and macOS.
3. Eligibility and account use
- You must be at least 13 years old. Users under 13 may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
- Accounts are issued to individuals. Accounts created by bots or automated tools are not permitted.
- The number of Devices that may be used at the same time is limited by your plan. You may not share, rent, resell or transfer your Account or credentials.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity carried out through your Account.
4. Prohibited conduct
You may not use the Service to: break any Vietnamese law or the law of your place of residence; intrude into, attack or damage systems belonging to others; distribute malware, spam or fraudulent content; infringe the privacy or intellectual property rights of others; distribute child sexual abuse material or any other unlawful content; overload, scan or interfere with our infrastructure; or use multiple accounts to circumvent device, traffic or other protective limits.
5. Fees, renewal and refunds
- Prices and subscription periods are shown when you sign up. The Service runs for the period recorded on your Account.
- When your Account expires, connections stop until you renew.
- Refund requests are assessed under the policy published at the time of purchase and do not apply to service already used or to accounts terminated for breach of these Terms.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your Account if you breach these Terms, affect our systems or other users, or where required by a competent authority. You may stop using the Service at any time.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. Speed and reachability depend on your network operator, location, device and server infrastructure. Some websites, applications or services actively block VPN connections.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss such as lost data, lost profits or business interruption arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding three months.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Sennet harmless against claims and losses arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Service.
10. Intellectual property
The Application, name, logo, interface, source code and documentation of Sennet VPN belong to us. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute or resell the Service without our written consent.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Updated versions are published in the Application and on this page with an effective date. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the new Terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. The parties will first seek an amicable resolution; failing that, disputes will be brought before the competent courts of Vietnam.
